"Not Love" is a song by the Sodium musical project Eric Cartman that has two versions.

The first version was released on January 4, 1987 by Doce Records, and was originally recorded in late 1986. Due to Eric Cartman leaving the Island of Soda after recording "To Yule," Don Juan was hired as the lead vocalist.

The second version, which was advertised as the "ReVox," was released in 1989 by Ease Discs. It featured Eric Cartman himself after he returned to the Island of Soda a year earlier. It also had more modern-sounding synthesizers and a different bassline.

Lyrics

(Written by Captain Wannabe)

Moonlight shine, you were walking away
You didn't say goodbye
You didn't hear me call when I asked you to stay
and now you wanna start again

Oh, not love
No no no no, not love

Oh, not love
No no no no, not love

Surprise girls want to know about us
They're trying now to change my life
I can't go back to those lonely hours
I'm feeling in love with you

Oh, not love
No no no no, not love

Oh, not love
No no no no, not love

The words you said were never never true
Never true, never true
And now you say you wanna start something new
Something new

Oh no, whoa
No no no no, not love

Oh, whoa
No no no no, not love
